- "Service" means the BrainMCP automatic MCP installation solution beta program provided by the company.
- "User" means a person who receives the Service provided by the company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Beta" means the service version provided for testing purposes prior to official release.
- "Account" means the unique identification information set by the user to use the Service.

Article 9 (Indemnity)
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainMCP from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms by the User.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
